Chocolate Zucchini Brownies



Chocolate Zucchini Brownies

Ingredients
2 cups all - purpose flour
1 grated zucchini (peeled)
½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup granulated white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
½ butter (softened)
2 eggs
½ cup cocoa powder
½ tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp vinegar (or lemon juice)

1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract














Directions
1 – Preheat the oven at 170°C
2 – In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt until it is all combined.
3 – Add the vinegar to the milk and set aside for 5 minutes.
4 – Using a hand mixer on another bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until fluffy. Then add butter and vegetable oil and continue beating until combined. Afterwards, add the milk and vinegar mixture and mix until blended. 


5 – Fold in the flour mixture into the bowl containing the wet ingredients and beat it until well combined. Add the grated zucchini and continue mixing until blended.
6 – Pour the cake batter into a cake pan, put it on the oven and bake it for 30 – 35 min.
